Urban Basic First Aid - 4 Hours
The First Aid class covers severe bleeding, shock, wounds and burns, muscle and joint injuries, head and spinal injuries and sudden illnesses.

Adult CPR - 4 Hours
After this 4-hour Adult CPR course, you can really make a difference in an emergency situation. This class provides training in how to recognize an emergency, activate the EMS system and how to care for a person who is not breathing, choking or in cardiac arrest.

The Adult CPR and First Aid classes can be combined into one 8 hr day for a reduced price.
Cost: $55* per student, 10-20 students
CPR for the Professional Rescuer - 8 Hours
The advanced CPR class includes infant, child, and adult skills, AED and bag valve masks.
Cost: $50* per student-with mask, 10-20 students
CPR Challenge
Adult - 2 hours ------ CPR Pro - 4 hours
This class is available to those who know the Adult CPR or CPR for the Professional Rescuer or Health Care Provider material. Participant will need to pass a written exam and demonstrate all primary survey, rescue breathing, obstructed airway, and CPR skills. No books or instruction provided.
Cost: $25*, - 10-20 students.
